This free event is part of Culture Night / Oíche Chultúir, the national celebration of Ireland’s culture, creativity and arts, and is supported by Cork County Council.
As If I Always Knew: A Piano Meditation is an immersive live piano meditation by acclaimed Cork composer Cian Sweeney. Audience members are invited and encouraged to bring a yoga mat and lie down around the piano while unfolding piano music fills the room (seating is also available).
Blending breathwork and semi-improvised piano, the performance creates a quiet and contemplative space for deep listening, rest and stillness.
Places are limited to allow space for yoga mats and to preserve the intimate atmosphere of the experience.
