The Irish Guitar Quartet brings together four exceptional guitarists for an evening of virtuosic playing, rich musicality and a captivating journey across genres and traditions.
Jerry Creedon, David Keating, Colin McLean are joined by Redmond O'Toole on the 8-string Brahms guitar for this special Culture Night event.
From Latin rhythms and Spanish classics to Irish folk, American roots and contemporary compositions, the quartet showcases the remarkable versatility of the guitar. Their carefully curated programme combines familiar favourites with unexpected musical discoveries, creating a vibrant and engaging live experience.
With four distinct musical voices coming together as one, the Irish Guitar Quartet demonstrates the extraordinary range, colour and expressive possibilities of the instrument. Whether delicate and intimate or energetic and rhythmic, their performances are marked by precision, passion and a genuine love of the music.
