Christmas at Briery Gap: IFI@BrieryGap: Home Alone.

The star vehicle for Macaulay Culkin who plays eight-year-old Kevin McAllister, accidentally left behind when his family flies off to France for Christmas, features such memorable scenes as him laying waste to the kitchen with cooking efforts, jumping up and down on his parents’ bed and, of course, wiring up the house to defy the two bumbling burglars, Harry and Marv.

The film’s writer John Hughes, who sadly died in 2009, believed in writing scripts that kids would enjoy.
