Film Synopsis | A Deaf boxer and his hearing partner facing a life-altering choice. A same-sex couple navigating parenthood with Deaf and hearing children. A decades-long, once-forbidden romance that survived the Troubles. A Quiet Love documents the remarkable and enduring love stories of three Deaf couples.

This critically acclaimed, award-winning film is directed by Garry Keane (In the Shadow of Beirut, GAZA), and produced by Renanirree’s own Seán Herlihy, who is the first Irish producer that is also a Deaf Irish Sign Language user, making it Ireland’s first Irish Sign Language feature produced by a Deaf and hearing team.

A Quiet Love has had sold-out screenings in Dublin, Cork, Belfast, and at festivals around the globe.
